Refund Policy:
In accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law and related regulations, our refund policy is as follows:

Cancellation by the Customer:

If the customer cancels the tour more than 30 days before the departure date, a full refund will be issued.

If the customer cancels the tour between 15 to 30 days before the departure date, 50% of the payment will be refunded.

If the customer cancels the tour less than 15 days before the departure date, no refund will be issued.

Cancellation by the Company:

In the event that the company cancels the tour, a full refund will be issued to the customer.

The company may offer an alternative tour or reschedule the tour at no additional cost to the customer.

About Our Daily Tours
Special Conditions for Last-Minute Bookings:

Prepayment for Last-Minute Bookings: For tours booked one week before the departure date, a prepayment of 25% of the tour cost is required.

Non-Refundable Prepayment: In case of cancellation for these last-minute bookings, the prepayment will not be refunded.
Refund Policy for Full Payments:

Full Payment Refund: If a customer has paid the full amount for the tour and decides to cancel, 75% of the payment will be refunded if the cancellation occurs on the same day of booking.
